In the labyrinthine world of commercial property, four aging men with marginal talent and sheer audacity dared to defy the norm. They birthed “Propertypalooza,” an extravaganza in country Victoria that united property professionals from all over Australia. For over a decade they forged friendships, shredded Mt Hotham and the eardrums of unsuspecting bistro patrons, until their mate sold his country pub and the spiritual home of Propertypalooza was lost to the ages.

In early 2020, tragedy struck as the industry lost one of our own, Josh Langdon, aged 43, after an incredibly courageous 8-month battle with rare cancer. A lover of live music, he cherished the iconic Cherry Bar. The arrival of Covid-19 shortly thereafter left the industry fractured and craving connection.

But in the darkest hours, hope has emerged like a phoenix rising from the ashes – “Joshypalooza” at Cherry Bar has arrived. This event not only pays tribute to our friend Josh, but also raises funds for charity. With our new band name, Decibelly, and our special guests Antisocial Media, we invite all to join in this celebration of life, friendship, and the unyielding spirit of the commercial property industry.
